Lead Pastor
Bishop Robert Francis
Bishop Robert Francis is the Lead Pastor of New Beginnings Community Church, where he provides spiritual leadership, vision, and pastoral oversight for the congregation. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, Bishop Francis is a respected preacher, teacher, and speaker with a deep commitment to the Word of God and to seeing lives transformed through Christ.
Bishop Francis strongly believes that ministry extends far beyond the four walls of the sanctuary. He is passionate about serving people where they are, believing that every act of service can spark transformation and that every person deserves the opportunity for a new beginning.
Beyond ministry, Bishop Francis enjoys soccer, movies, reading, and traveling, but most of all, he treasures time with his family. He is happily married to Co-Pastor Rev. Marie Francis, and together, they are proud parents of their son, Aaron-Alexander, and daughter-in-law, Shaneil.

Our foundation
What we believe
Ten convictions that shape everything we teach, sing and do together.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious death as the only sacrifice for the sin of the world, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God as our intercessor, and His future return in glory.
The Bible
We believe in the Bible as God’s only inspired, inerrant and authoritative revelation of Himself to man in written form (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Salvation
We believe in the new birth as the only means of receiving eternal life. It involves cleansing and deliverance from the penalty and power of sin, effectuated through faith in Jesus Christ and repentance from sin.
Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7).
Sanctification
We believe in the process of spiritual development wrought in the believer’s life by the Holy Spirit: daily dying to sin and living unto righteousness, finding expression in a holy life.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as an enduement of power for all believers, resulting in deeper expression of spiritual fruit, greater growth in Christ-likeness, genuine manifestation of spiritual gifts and a more effective prayer life.
Healing
We believe in divine healing for the total man, spirit, mind and body, accomplished in the redemptive work of Christ on the cross and appropriated in the believer’s life through prayer.
Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection from the dead: first, the righteous unto eternal life and second, the ungodly unto eternal damnation.
Communion
We believe in the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper established by Jesus Christ our Lord (Matthew 26:26–30; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
Water Baptism
We believe in baptism by immersion as a symbol and witness of the new birth (Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 3:20–22).
